Micah and I ran a few errands this morning, but I am fighting a cold and spent a lot of time in bed, or on the couch. I do like our new humidifier though-- works great!

Today, I got my picture taken with one of the PAT families I visit. We will be featured as a Parent Educator (thats me) and my family in the Good Samaritan annual report--- pretty cool! We also had Second Stop and talked about Jesus washing the disciples feet.

busy day! We had a wonderful time with Micah's family at Aunt Joy and Uncle John's house in Stevensville. We spent some time in prayer for Micah's grandmother whose cancer has returned. We are waiting to hear what she is going to do--- likely surgery. Here are a few of my favorite pictures from the day. (I am going to take Andrea's senior pictures soon-- we tried out a few things here). and we rode around in Aunt Joy's new convertible. pretty cool!

My mom had the big 30% off at Khols and so we went shopping today! I got coffee, two shirts, work out clothing, and two coats too. Here is a picture of one of the shirts I got. (Except the one I got is orange and gray stripped).

I felt sick today--- I had a long day at LLPP and then I went to the Walk in Clinic in Zeeland to see if I had strep. The good news is I dont, but the bad news is my throat still hurts. I keep drinking lots of tea. Also, I had to wear a bracelet at the clinic- like I was in the hospital.

Today, I went to work, and then went out to find birthday gifts for Micah's Mom! Happy Birthday Mom VH! Then I had a meeting in Holland for Parents as teachers- and then I chilled at home and cleaned. pretty easy!

So, what did I do today? Well, I went to work, I came back home. I went to the Haworth Factory store with my mom and bought a new kitchen table (which was the test construction one) with some blemishes on it for 30 dollars. Micah and I are gonna use some polish and they should clean right up! I also bought 4 chairs (for 12.50 each). and now, I LOVE my new table and chairs. its perfect. Thanks Mom, for going with me, and helping me with this great find! (the picture is the table and the chairs, unfortunately you cannot see the awesome bottom part of this table. its very cool. I will try to get a different picture to show you soon-- or Grandma, you will just have to visit sometime! :) )

Ugh! Today was exhasting. It seems like I have to do everything twice! The car had to go back to the shop, the garage door broke, the guy came and fixed it, and then it broke again, so he had to come back... but it looks like we will get a new opener tomorrow. todays post is to garage doors.

I was liturgist today, so that meant a busy morning! I am feeling alittle ill still, and so I am taking it easy. But we still had a meeting as Prayer Partners tonight that Zach and I had to run, and Micah and I brought Meatballs.

Busy Day! I got my new car (2004 Pontiac Grand Prix) today and thats awesome. I lead my first book group today and thats awesome, and Nathan and Tracie came over to play games and eat ice cream. Awesome!

Church today was good! Micah and I have been going to the sunday school class on Marriage, and we have been enjoying it. Then we went down to Kalamazoo with my parents to visit Bryan and see his new car- pretty sweet!

Woke up early to go to a Sexual Abuse Prevention Training event from the Children's Advocacy Center. It was very interesting to hear the stories and the ways that we can stop it from happening in our centers and homes. Later, Micah's family came over to have Captain Sundae with us, and visit his Grandma and Grandpa Vanderhill. Finially, the brought over four boxes of things micah left at their home. We went through it and I found many things that I wish he didnt own, and that I am bringing to Ditto on Monday. Pictured are a few of those things.

Busy Day! I went to work, and then my mom and I went shopping to look for pants and work-out clothing. She got pants, and I got work out shirts. Pretty productive if you ask me! :) and I watched Project Runway.

I had a home visit this afternoon, and then i went to buy a new hair straightener. My old one broke and does not get hot anymore! So, it was time to invest in a new one. My new one is more expensive, its a top brand, but I spend a lot of time working on my hair because it is so thick, and Micah and I decided buy one that will last and work well is better than buying a cheap on and replacing it in a year. Plus, it was 1/2 price! :) so here is to Chi!

Today is my day off-- I have decided to take it, and have only begun to felt guilty for it at 2:00PM. But Now I have laundry to do- so its kinda half a day off.

But Bryan called- he found a car! So now to get to the bank and put all the money in his account so he can buy the new car, and I can buy his old car. (Both 2004). So here is a picture of an Element, which is the car he will be buying soon.
